Resolution.

Thane lives. An unexpected but welcome miracle. Yet it is as bitter-sweet as the time he spent with the warrior-angel who woke him up, and took his heart. Now he has his whole life to give her, yet she cannot be found. When the war ends in victory for the galactic races, Thane is reunited with some familiar faces. Including Admiral Hackett, who has an important mission for them, one which promises to take them further away from finding Shepard. If she isn't already dead, then she is likely in great jeopardy. Despite the team's desire to help locate their old Commander, and Thane's Siha, they must first find out if the Reaper war is really over.

This is my first attempt at FanFic and this is Chapter 1 of 13. Please let me know what you think and I hope you enjoy reading this as much as I enjoyed writing it.

im not really computer smart lol, but it says I don't have PDF support in this web browser...so whatever that means lol, is there a place I can read this and all of its chapters?

Thane is probably my favorite of all the possible LIs in the game. I was so pissed when he died in the third game. It was expected, of course, but I was still crushed. So naturally I love a good story that lets him live.

I probably would have accepted his death if the aftermath had been realistic. But I found the whole game bizzare after that whole death scene. Where had the Role Play in the RPG gone? Even a little cut scene with some sad faces and a turian joke, before Shep pulled herself together to go kick some Reaper butt, would have sufficed.
So yeah, like you I was pretty pissed over the whole thing.
On the upside I wrote Res out of it. :XD:
